The Concept

The underlying assumption in the development of West-Can Human Resource Solutions is that human resource issues are all too often neglected in today's small business. With the daily time demands on business owners, human resource management in most organizations is done on a reactionary basis. The team at West-Can Human Resource Solutions knows the financial benefits that are possible through a proactive approach to human resource management. In the late ninety's Western Manitoba was lacking in a full service, human resource provider, and West-Can Human Resource Solutions was developed to address the need. At West-Can Human Resource Solutions, we strive to ensure that our services provide our clients with a financial return. Today's businesses are in a period where cost justification is especially important, and we feel an obligation to ensure our services are cost effective. Designed to meet the needs of businesses which are large enough to require assistance with their human resources, but too small to make a full time specialist practical, West-Can Human Resource Solutions has found its market to be very diverse in size. There is nothing standard about our clients as they range from the two-person organization through to the organizations with in excess of seventeen hundred employees, the local businesses through to national and international clients. We deal with businesses from both the profit and the not for profit sectors, providing each a wide variety of services.
